1). Put together a Marketing Strategy, Plan and Budget. 50% of companies do not put together a strategy and plan. Without this valuable tool and allocating resources to implement it, expecting growth in 2023 will be hard to achieve.
2). Develop New Revenue Streams. Depending on your current services or products for revenue growth keeps your company from innovating. Any company needs to be looking at future markets and constantly changing to meet new needs in the marketplace.
3). Don't Ignore Marketing and Advertising.The U.S. Small Business Administration recommends spending 7 to 8 percent of your gross revenue for marketing and advertising. Companies like Amazon, Walmart, Apple, T-Mobile and other market leaders spend much, much more than that.
4). Get Help Where You Need It. Whether it is marketing, web development, sales, product development or distribution, there is a good possibility you don't have the in-house staff to meet all of the needs your company may require. Be willing to hire outside resources to complement your in-house capabilities.
